Reliable Parts gladly offers a full manufacturer’s warranty on all the parts and accessories we sell. In all cases this is always the warranty that the manufacturer themselves offer. It can range from 90 days up to one year and is generally a replacement program. A replacement part is supplied if all of their criteria are met. This is subject to manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions which may or may not include the return of the part, model and serial number requirements, and more. Reliable Parts does not offer any extensions on the manufacturer’s warranty nor does it have the ability to alter them.
If a part becomes defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period under normal use conditions, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for the replacement part to be either picked up or sent to your home or office.
Please note: Water Filters have a 30 – 90 day warranty depending on the brand. Please contact a Reliable Parts representative for more information.
If you need to return an item you may ship it back or return it to any one of our Reliable Parts branch locations.
All returns must be accompanied by their original invoice, copy of invoice, or invoice number and must meet the following criteria:
● Show no visible damage from installation or use.
● Returned in original manufacturer packaging.
● Contain no additional markings on the part or package.
Parts returned within 30 days of the invoice date will be eligible for credit at the purchase price.
Parts returned 31-60 days from the invoice date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted beyond 60 days from the invoice date.
CORE and DUD are eligible for recycling credit if received within 1 year from the date of purchase. Per Manufacturer standards items received without their hologram intact will not be accepted.
Return on special order (non-stock) parts will not be accepted.
Damaged parts and other discrepancies must be submitted within 5 days of invoice date.
All parts orders received by 4:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day via mail or courier, i.e. United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping is as low as $8.95 US courier charge plus tax for all parts shipped within the Continental U.S. with the exception of any large or heavy items. These oversized items will be subject to a surcharge to cover the extra handling fee’s that courier company’s charge. You will be advised of any extra charges at the time of placing your order. Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped priority mail and customers will be notified of actual shipping charges prior to shipment.
Any extra charges will be explained at the time of purchase.
Damage or Short Shipments
It is very important to open and inspect your order upon receipt. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover a shipment shortage or damage with your order. Please contact us at 1-800-666-0313 and a customer service representative will assist you.
