Reliable Parts Core Return Process

CORE RETURN PROCESS

Core returns fall under two categories. Please review each so you have an understanding on how to manage you core returns.

 

NEW PART RETURN –   

 

If you have purchased a new part that also has a core on the Reliable invoice and you need to return the new part for credit (WP8546219, WP8546219CORE) follow below instructions:

 

     A) Start a new RMA or access an existing RMA.

     B) Select new part only (WP8546219) and add to RMA.

     C) Add additional new parts if required.

     D) RMA automation will automatically add the core credit (WP8546219CORE) at the DC when the return is processed.

 

***IMPORTANT: If for some reason the core (WP8546219CORE) is on a separate invoice from part (WP8546219) then you must also add core (WP8546219CORE) to above RMA.

 

CORE ONLY RETURN

 

If you have repaired an appliance with a part that also has a core on the invoice and you need to return core for credit (WP8546219CORE) follow below instructions:

 

***IMPORTANT: Core only returns must go on a separate RMA from new part returns.

 

     A) Start a new RMA or access an existing RMA (if core only RMA).

     B) Select core part only (WP8546219CORE) and add to RMA.

     C)Add additional core parts to RMA if required.

 

Following the above instructions will insure a fast and accurate processing of you submitted returns.
