General Questions
No, the Automatic Appliance Parts account cannot receive new orders. To open a new account with Reliable Parts, go to www.reliableparts.net, click “Sign In My Account” at top right, and then click “Register Here”. Until a Reliable Parts account is created, new orders can be placed on the general Reliable Parts wholesale account with credit card payment. Cash is no longer accepted. New orders (including will call orders) cannot be submitted without payment

Placing orders through our wholesale website www.reliableparts.net. is easy once you have set up your account. Upon account setup, your username and password will be emailed to you or provided to you over the phone. You can also call us at (800) 666-0313 – the Reliable Parts call center is open 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. If you prefer to email us, you can reach us at customerservice@reliableparts.com
Tax will be charged until a valid resale certificate is filed with Reliable Parts. You can email the resale certificate to the representative on the phone, they will complete your order without tax and send the certificate to Reliable Parts’ finance team for filing. Or, you can email the resale tax certificate directly to finance at newaccounts@reliableparts.com when you submit your account application.
The Norridge and Rockford locations will remain open. These 2 locations will be closed Thu May 8, Fri May 9, and Mon May 12 for inventory, but will reopen on Tue May 13. Norridge and Rockford will both resume shipping on Tue May 13. All other Automatic Appliance Parts store locations are closed permanently.
A new order must be created on your Reliable Parts account. Orders in closed locations cannot be picked up and will not be shipped.
All AAP backorders have been cancelled. Replacement orders can be placed with Reliable Parts. If you’re unsure what was on backorder with AAP, the customer representative on the phone or your assigned sales professional will be happy to review the list of cancelled orders with you.
Yes. Norridge and Rockford hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT. Saturday is now closed. Reliable Parts has 8 distribution centers that ship later. The call center is open until 7:00 PM CT.
Returns will be processed like normal. If your branch is closed, you can return them to Norridge or Rockford. Reliable Parts’ return policy is similar. Parts are charged a restocking fee after 30 days and cannot be returned after 60 days. Check www.reliableparts.com for more detail on returns and warranty policies.

Yes. Reliable Parts carries 200+ brands of appliance parts, tool, and accessories.
A: Freight is variable, but ground shipping usually carries a flat rate that is applied to each invoice.
An invoice is generated for each shipment. Examples:
(1) Two orders shipping separately out of Norridge will generate two invoices total
(2) One order out of Norridge and one order out of Rockford will generate two invoices total
Reliable Parts’ goal is to keep those rates as economical as possible. Freight charges appear on invoices near the subtotal on the bottom right. If you need help understanding your shipping rates, contact your sales professional.
