Check the fuse or breaker. Is the power at the outlet 120 VAC? |
Are too many items plugged into the circuit? Is an extension cord being used? |
Check power at the noise filter. Unplug both connectors. Check for 120 VAC across the white connector. (black and white wires) Plug the white connector into the noise filter. Check for 120 VAC across the other connector. (usually red or brown wires) Reconnect it after testing. If there is a fuse included in the the noise filter, unplug the power and check it for continuity. If the fuse is blown, the noise filter must be replaced. |
Remve the cover from the main board. With power applied to the machine, verify the red LED on the main board is lighted. If it is not, replace the main board. |
Disconnect the cables that go to the control panel so you can remove it from the front of the machine. |
Check to see that the 5-wire connector to the control board is not broken or damaged. If it is, replace the control board. |
