Does the display show Er FF? |

Unplug the refrigerator. Check the connectors on the main board, especially CONNECTOR 4. Unplug CONNECTOR 4 and check for bent pins and broken wires. |

Reconnect the refrigerator and enter TEST MODE 1. Check the voltage across PIN 6 and PIN 7 of CONNECTOR 4. (WH and BO wires) It should be 12 ~ 16 VDC. |

Still in TEST MODE 1, check for airflow at the top of the fan grille in the freezer. |

If no airflow, check to see if the fan is iced or locked. Replace it if defective. |
 |
Check the voltage across PIN 7 and PIN 8 of CONNECTOR 4 on the MAIN BOARD. It should be 1 ~ 4 VDC. |
