1. Remove the oven door.
2. Remove the two ¼” hex head screws that secure the wiring cover on the back of the range.
3. Disconnect the sensor wire harness.
4. Remove the two ¼” hex head screws that attach the sensor to the oven wall.
5. Gently pull the sensor wire in to the oven cavity.
When replacing the sensor, use a small flat-blade screwdriver to push and guide the sensor wire harness into the oven liner.
When replacing the oven temperature sensor, the connector end must be positioned OUTSIDE the range insulation. The insulation should be allowed to fill around the lead wires to protect the sensor from any heat loss at the opening.
