If you are an Authorized Servicer, submit directly to the Supplier.

 

If you are not an Authorized Servicer, please fill out and submit the Part Warranty Claim Form.

Note:
After you submit the claim to the Warranty Department, a copy of your claim will be emailed to the email address you provided on your claim form. Warranty claims must always have the model and serial number of the unit the part was installed on. Upon receipt and review, if your part needs to be returned, you will be contacted to discuss the return requirements. Please hold all parts until final disposition is communicated. 

What Parts do we Need to Return ?

All Samsung parts must be returned and shipped to the attention of the Warranty Department.

Parts with core charges will need to be returned in order to receive credit for the core charge. Core returns require an RMA and will need to be shipped to the attention of the Returns Department.
