1.  Please fill out the Part Discrepancy Form

2.  Take pictures of the damage on the part, and of the box it arrived in

3.  Email the Discrepancy Form and pictures to warranty.claims.us@reliableparts.com

Note:
Please do not use the terms damaged or defective, provide full explanation. (Dent in right corner, terminal snapped off, etc.) If you have not provided a thorough explanation, it may result in a delay in processing your claim. Upon receipt and review, if your part needs to be returned, you will be contacted to discuss the return requirements.

Which Parts do we Need to Return ?

All Samsung parts must be returned and shipped to the attention of the Warranty Department.

Parts with core charges will need to be returned in order to receive credit for the core charge. Core returns require an RMA and will need to be returned to the attention of the Returns Department.
